REAPING THE HARVEST

John 4:35

Notice in this verse, as in the Great Commission, the Lord does not give

us a choice, but a COMMANDMENT. There never has been such a need

for us to harvest the harvest as there is in our generation. Our Lord

would not have given to us this commandment if we could not do it.

Today we are going to look at how we can Harvest the Harvest.

 

I. WE MUST VISUALIZE THE HARVEST...

"Lift up your eyes and look on the fields"

A. The field across the streets

B. The field across the state

C. The field across the seas

As we look at these fields we must conclude:

1. The harvest is plenteous...Matt. 9:37-38

2. The harvest is precious...Mark 8:36

3. The harvest is perishing..John 4:35 (white)

II. WE MUST ANALYZE THE HARVESTING...

How can we harvest such a great harvest?

A. We must have man power...

Somebody has got to go.

B. We must have money power-

Somebody has got to give.

C. We must have mighty power...

Somebody has got to get hold of God.

 

III. WE MUST MOBILIZE THE HELPERS...

A. We have the people...

We must get them involved.

B. We have the program...

We must get it initiated.

C. We have the provisions...

We must get them invested.
